Begin by finding a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, allowing your body to settle into a place of ease, a place where you can simply be… present… now.

Close your eyes gently, or if you prefer, simply soften your gaze, allowing the world outside to fade a little, as you turn your attention inward, toward the landscape of your own being.

Take a deep breath in, filling your lungs completely, and as you exhale, release any tension you may be holding in your body, letting it flow away like a gentle stream.

And with each breath you take now, allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation, letting go of any thoughts or worries that may be swirling around, knowing that you can always return to them later, but for now, just be.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest, the subtle rhythm of your breath, anchoring you to this present moment, this safe and peaceful space within.

Now, imagine roots growing down from the soles of your feet, extending deep into the earth, strong and unwavering, connecting you to the solid ground beneath you.

Feel these roots reaching down through layers of soil, through rock and stone, anchoring you firmly to the very core of the planet, drawing strength and stability from the earth itself.

With each breath you take, feel these roots growing stronger, more deeply embedded, providing you with a sense of unwavering support and grounding.

Imagine now a warm, golden light flowing up from the earth, traveling through these roots, filling your body with a sense of calm and peace, washing away any tension or stress that you may be holding.

Feel this golden light spreading throughout your body, from your feet to your head, nourishing and revitalizing every cell, leaving you feeling grounded, centered, and secure.

Notice any areas of tension in your body, perhaps in your shoulders, your neck, or your jaw, and gently invite them to release, allowing the golden light to soften and dissolve any tightness.

Imagine these areas of tension melting away like ice in the sun, flowing down through your roots and back into the earth, where they are transformed into pure, positive energy.
