Allow yourself to settle in, finding a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and gently closing your eyes, if that feels right for you.

With each breath, release any tension you may be holding, letting go of the worries and concerns of the day, knowing that for this time, you are safe, supported, and deeply cared for.

Feel your body relaxing, softening, surrendering to the gentle embrace of gravity, as you begin to deepen your breath, inhaling peace and exhaling anything that no longer serves you.

Imagine a warm, golden light enveloping you, creating a cocoon of safety and tranquility, a space where you can truly connect with your inner wisdom and healing potential.

As you breathe, feel this light penetrating every cell of your body, dissolving any blockages and revitalizing your energy field, preparing you for a journey through the vibrant landscape of your chakras.

Now, bring your awareness to your root chakra, located at the base of your spine, the foundation of your being, and visualize a vibrant red color swirling and expanding.

Feel the grounding energy of the earth connecting you to a sense of safety, security, and belonging, knowing that you are supported and provided for in every moment.

If you notice any tension or blockage in this area, simply acknowledge it with compassion and gently breathe into it, allowing the red light to dissolve any fear or insecurity.
