How it works
This session works through guided visualization. A calm, unhurried voice leads you the whole way — you don’t need any experience, a technique of your own, or a quiet mind to begin. Over about 12 minutes it eases you in, does its gentle work, and returns you softly, so your nervous system has time to actually shift rather than being rushed.
women whose minds are pulled in ten directions and want their attention back.
Best before deep work, a decision, or any time the mental noise gets loud.

Welcome, and allow yourself to settle comfortably, either sitting or lying down, just finding a position where your body can relax, completely supported.
And as you settle, gently close your eyes, or simply soften your gaze, turning your attention inwards, away from the world outside, and towards the quiet landscape within.
Take a deep, slow breath in, feeling your lungs expand, your chest rise, and as you exhale, release any tension you might be holding in your shoulders, your jaw, or anywhere else in your body… just letting it go.
With each breath, you become more present, more grounded in this moment, aware of the gentle rhythm of your breathing, the rise and fall of your chest, a constant anchor in the present moment.
Allow your mind to quiet, like the surface of a still lake, becoming calm and clear, gently letting thoughts pass without judgment, like clouds drifting across the sky.
Now, imagine yourself standing at the edge of a peaceful forest, the air is fresh and clean, carrying the scent of pine and damp earth... feel the cool breeze on your skin.
With each step you take into the forest, you are consciously releasing your connection to the digital world, creating a space for clarity, for peace, for you.
Notice the trees around you, tall and strong, their branches reaching towards the sky, providing a natural barrier, a sanctuary from the constant demands of notifications, emails, and social media.
As you walk deeper into the forest, imagine placing all of your devices – your phone, your laptop, your tablet – gently on a mossy bed beneath a giant oak tree... visualizing them being held safely and securely in nature’s embrace.
Feel the relief of letting go, of disconnecting from the constant stream of information, the endless scroll, the urge to check and refresh.
Feel the weight lifting from your shoulders as you release the pressure to be constantly connected, constantly available, constantly informed... there is freedom here.
The forest embraces you, offering a sense of peace and tranquility… a place where you can reconnect with yourself, with your own thoughts and feelings, without the noise and distractions of the digital world.
Listen to the sounds of the forest – the rustling of leaves, the chirping of birds, the gentle breeze whispering through the trees... notice how naturally grounding these sounds are.
Feel the earth beneath your feet, grounding you, connecting you to the natural world, reminding you of your own inherent strength and resilience.
Notice the sensations in your body – the cool air on your skin, the warmth of the sun on your face, the gentle breeze rustling through your hair.
Breathe deeply, inhaling the fresh, clean air, filling your lungs with life and energy… exhaling any remaining stress, tension, or anxiety.
Imagine yourself sitting by a clear, flowing stream, watching the water gently ripple over the stones, carrying away any lingering thoughts or worries about the digital world... let them flow away.
In this moment, you are free from the demands of technology, free to simply be, to simply exist, to simply enjoy the present moment.
Allow yourself to bask in this feeling of peace and tranquility, knowing that you can always return to this inner sanctuary, this digital detox haven, whenever you need to reclaim your focus and reconnect with yourself.
You are creating space for creativity, for inspiration, for deeper connection with yourself and the world around you… without the constant interruption of technology.
Affirm to yourself, "I am present. I am focused. I am at peace.".
Know that you have the power to choose when and how you engage with technology, to set healthy boundaries, to prioritize your well-being.
And as you gently begin to prepare to return, take one final, deep breath in, savoring the feeling of peace and tranquility that you have cultivated.
Knowing that you can carry this sense of calm and focus with you, into your everyday life, even amidst the digital world.
Begin to gently wiggle your fingers and toes, becoming aware of the sensations in your body, the support beneath you.
Slowly and gently, when you are ready, open your eyes, bringing the peace and clarity of the forest with you.
You are refreshed, focused, and ready to engage with the world, on your own terms, in your own time… knowing you can always return to this space within you.
Welcome back.
