Find a comfortable place to begin this walking meditation, perhaps a garden, a park, or even just a quiet room where you can move freely, and as you stand there for a moment, feel the earth beneath your feet, supporting you completely.

Allow your eyes to gently close, or soften your gaze, and simply notice the sensations in your body, the gentle rise and fall of your breath, the subtle movements within you.

There is no need to change anything, simply observe, allowing yourself to settle into this present moment, right here, right now, feeling grounded and centered.

Now, when you feel ready, begin to slowly walk, taking small, deliberate steps, feeling each foot as it lifts from the ground, and then gently returns, making contact with the earth once more.

Notice the sensation of your heel touching the ground, then the arch of your foot, and finally your toes, feeling the weight of your body being supported by the earth with each step.

With each step you take, allow yourself to sink deeper into the present moment, feeling the connection between your feet and the earth, as if roots are gently growing from your soles, anchoring you to this very place.

Now, bring your attention to the feeling of the air against your skin, the gentle breeze, the warmth of the sun, or the coolness of the shade, noticing the subtle sensations that surround you.
