Begin by finding a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, allowing your body to settle into a place of complete support and ease.

Close your eyes gently, or if that feels uncomfortable, simply soften your gaze and focus on a point in the distance, allowing everything around you to fade softly into the background.

Take a deep, cleansing breath in, filling your lungs completely, and as you exhale, release any tension you might be holding, letting it flow away like a gentle stream.

With each breath, you are inviting relaxation deeper and deeper into your being, allowing yourself to be fully present in this moment, right here, right now.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest, the subtle rhythm of your breath, anchoring you to the present, grounding you in this peaceful space.

Now, let's begin our journey inward, a gentle exploration of your body, noticing any areas where you might be holding onto tension or negative energy, knowing that you have the power to release it all.

Bring your awareness to the crown of your head, noticing any sensations present, perhaps a tingling, a warmth, or simply a neutral feeling.

Imagine a gentle light, a soft, golden energy, flowing down from the crown of your head, washing away any stress, any worry, any negative energy that may be lingering there.

Allow this light to cascade down your forehead, smoothing away any furrows, releasing any tension in your brow, letting go of any thoughts that no longer serve you.

Feel the light flowing down your cheeks, softening the muscles around your jaw, releasing any clenching or tightness you might be holding onto, allowing your jaw to relax completely.

The golden light now washes over your neck and shoulders, melting away any knots of tension, any burdens you might be carrying, allowing your shoulders to drop, releasing all that you no longer need.

The golden light now flows down your abdomen, soothing your stomach, releasing any nervousness or anxiety you might be holding there, allowing your belly to soften and relax.

Feel the light flowing down your hips and buttocks, releasing any tightness or stiffness, allowing your body to sink deeper into the support beneath you, feeling grounded and secure.

The light washes down your thighs, your knees, your calves, releasing any tension in your legs, any fatigue or tiredness, allowing your legs to feel heavy and relaxed.

Finally, the golden light flows down to your feet, all the way to your toes, releasing any tension in your feet, any tightness or discomfort, allowing your feet to feel grounded and connected to the earth.

Imagine any remaining negative energy, any darkness or heaviness, flowing out of your body, down through your feet, and into the earth, where it is transformed into something positive and nourishing.

Feel your entire body bathed in this golden light, cleansed and purified, feeling lighter, more relaxed, and more at peace than you have in a long time.
