Welcome… Allow yourself to settle comfortably, either sitting or lying down, feeling the support beneath you.

Close your eyes gently, if that feels right for you, and begin to notice the natural rhythm of your breath… the gentle rise and fall of your chest, or the subtle sensation of air passing in and out of your nostrils.

There's no need to change anything, simply observe… become aware of each inhale and each exhale… just as they are.

And as you settle deeper, imagine yourself standing on a vast, pristine beach… the warm sand soft beneath your feet.

Feel the gentle caress of a warm breeze against your skin… the sun shining softly overhead, bathing you in its gentle light.

In the distance, you hear the soothing sound of the ocean… the rhythmic crashing of waves against the shore… a constant, calming symphony.

Allow that sound to draw you closer, as you walk towards the water's edge… feeling the cool, damp sand between your toes.

Now, imagine your breath mirroring the rhythm of the ocean… each inhale is like the gentle incoming tide, flowing in effortlessly.

And each exhale is like the outgoing tide, receding gently, carrying away anything you no longer need.

With each inhale, draw in the vastness and peace of the ocean… feeling its boundless energy filling you with tranquility.
