Find a comfortable position, allowing your body to settle, to soften, to simply be present in this moment, with yourself.

Close your eyes gently, or lower your gaze, and become aware of your breath, the gentle rise and fall of your chest or abdomen… noticing each inhale, each exhale, without needing to change anything.

With each breath, allow yourself to relax a little more, sinking deeper into this feeling of peace and calm, letting go of any tension or stress you might be holding onto.

Imagine a warm, golden light surrounding you, enveloping you in a cocoon of safety and serenity, a light that melts away any resistance, any fear, any doubt.

And as you breathe in, imagine breathing in this golden light, allowing it to fill every cell of your body, nourishing you, healing you, revitalizing you.

And as you breathe out, imagine breathing out any resistance, any blockage, any belief that is holding you back from receiving all that you deserve.

Whatever landscape feels most calming and inviting to you, allow yourself to fully immerse yourself in it, noticing the sights, the sounds, the smells… feeling the gentle breeze on your skin, the warmth of the sun on your face.

In this landscape, you see a beautiful, clear stream flowing gently nearby… notice how effortlessly the water flows, how easily it receives everything in its path… the leaves, the twigs, the sunlight.

Imagine that you are the stream, effortlessly flowing, easily receiving… allowing everything to come to you without resistance, without judgment, without fear.
