Allow yourself to settle into a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, whatever feels most supportive to you right now.

Gently close your eyes, or if you prefer, soften your gaze, allowing your vision to blur... knowing that you can relax here, in this space, in this moment.

Begin to notice your breath, the gentle rise and fall of your chest, the subtle movement of your abdomen.

There's no need to change anything, simply observe the natural rhythm of your breath, in and out.

Each inhale bringing fresh energy, each exhale releasing any tension or tightness you might be holding onto.

Now, invite your awareness to your feet, noticing the points of contact with the floor or the surface beneath you.

Imagine roots extending from your feet, reaching down into the earth, anchoring you to the ground beneath you… feeling a sense of stability and support.

These roots grow stronger with each breath, connecting you deeply to the earth's energy, nourishing you from the ground up.

Feel the strength of the earth supporting you, grounding you, allowing you to feel safe and secure… completely at peace.

Now, imagine the sun rising on the horizon, a soft, golden light beginning to fill the sky… painting the world with warmth and hope.
