Notice the sensations in your body, perhaps the weight of your limbs, the softness of your bedding, and allow those sensations to anchor you to the present moment, right here, right now.
And as you continue to breathe, imagine a warm, golden light surrounding you, a protective and comforting energy that melts away any tension or stress you may be holding, creating a space of pure serenity.
