Find yourself in a comfortable position, either seated or lying down, and allow your body to settle into stillness, feeling the gentle support beneath you.

Close your eyes softly, or if you prefer, let your gaze rest gently on a single point in front of you, softening your focus.

Take a deep, slow breath in, feeling the air fill your lungs, expanding your chest, and as you exhale, gently release any tension or tightness you may be holding.

With each breath you take, imagine you are breathing in the vastness of space, the infinite possibilities that surround you, and with each exhale, you are releasing any limitations, any restrictions that no longer serve you.

Allow yourself to simply be, here and now, in this present moment, noticing the gentle rhythm of your breath, the rise and fall of your chest or abdomen.

Now, as you continue to breathe deeply and slowly, begin to imagine a point of light within your chest, a warm, radiant glow that is the essence of your being.

This light begins to expand, growing brighter and warmer with each breath, filling your chest, then your torso, your limbs, your entire body, radiating outwards in all directions.

Feel this light softening the edges of your physical form, gently dissolving any sense of separation between you and the space around you.

As the light expands further, it begins to fill the room, encompassing everything within it, merging with the walls, the furniture, the air itself, becoming one with everything that is present.
