Welcome, and find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, wherever you feel most supported and at ease, knowing that this is a safe space for you to simply be.

Allow your eyes to gently close, or if that feels uncomfortable, simply soften your gaze, focusing on a point in front of you, letting everything else fade away.

Take a deep, cleansing breath in, filling your lungs completely, and as you exhale, release any tension or stress that you may be holding onto… letting it all go.

With each breath, you’re sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation, allowing your body to become heavy and your mind to become still.

Imagine a warm, gentle light surrounding you, enveloping you in a cocoon of safety and comfort… a light that understands and accepts you completely.

Feel yourself drifting now, floating on a cloud of peace, carried gently towards a place of serenity and calm.

And as you drift, you begin to notice a soft, golden pathway appearing before you… inviting you to explore.

This path leads you back in time, back to a younger version of yourself, a version full of innocence, wonder, and boundless potential.
