Begin by finding a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, allowing your body to settle into a state of complete relaxation, feeling the support beneath you.
Gently close your eyes, or soften your gaze, and take a slow, deep breath in, filling your lungs completely, and as you exhale, release any tension you may be holding in your body.
With each breath you take, you are becoming more and more relaxed, more and more at peace, letting go of the day's worries and stresses, allowing yourself to simply be present in this moment.
Imagine a gentle wave of calmness washing over you, starting at the top of your head and flowing down to the tips of your toes, releasing any remaining tension with each gentle movement.
Notice the gentle rhythm of your breath, the rise and fall of your chest, or the gentle sensation of air passing through your nostrils, anchoring you to the present moment, grounding you in this safe space.
Now, bring your awareness to the concept of success, what does success mean to you, what does it look like, what does it feel like...?
