Welcome, and find yourself settling comfortably, allowing your body to relax deeply, letting go of any tension you might be holding, knowing that this is a safe space for you to explore your inner landscape.

Close your eyes gently, if that feels comfortable, or simply soften your gaze, allowing your attention to turn inward, focusing on the gentle rhythm of your breath, the natural ebb and flow of air moving in and out of your body.

Each breath you take is an invitation to release any worries or anxieties, any thoughts that may be swirling in your mind, simply acknowledging them and letting them drift away like clouds in the sky.

Feel the support beneath you, the chair, the floor, the earth itself, holding you safely and securely, allowing you to sink deeper into relaxation with each and every breath.

And now, imagine a warm, golden light gently enveloping you, starting at the top of your head and slowly flowing down, soothing your forehead, relaxing your jaw, softening your shoulders.

This golden light continues to cascade down your body, melting away any tension in your chest, your stomach, your hips, your legs, all the way down to your toes, filling you with a sense of peace and well-being.

Allow yourself to drift deeper into this state of relaxation, letting go of any resistance, any need to control, simply surrendering to the present moment and the soothing sensations in your body.
