And as you settle in, gently close your eyes, or soften your gaze, turning your attention inward… allowing any tension to simply melt away… like snow in the warm sunshine.

Now, take a deep, slow breath in… filling your lungs completely… and as you exhale, release any worries, anxieties, or uncertainties that you may be holding onto… letting them drift away with each outgoing breath.

Feel the gentle rhythm of your breath… the rise and fall of your chest… a constant, comforting anchor in the present moment.

With each breath, you sink deeper into relaxation… allowing your body to become heavy and supported… feeling safe and secure in this moment.
