Allow yourself to settle in, to find a comfortable position, and to simply be, just as you are, perfectly imperfect and wonderfully whole.

Close your eyes if that feels right, or soften your gaze, and begin to notice the gentle rhythm of your breath.

Each inhale, a wave of calm washes through you, nourishing every cell in your body, and each exhale, a gentle release of anything you no longer need.

Imagine yourself in a beautiful, safe bubble of light, completely protected from the outside world, a haven where only peace and tranquility reside.

Now, as you continue to breathe deeply, imagine a gentle cord connecting you to the Earth, grounding you, stabilizing you, and drawing up a sense of unwavering strength and resilience.

Feel the Earth supporting you, holding you, nurturing you, just as a loving mother would hold her child.

And as you feel that connection to the Earth, imagine another cord extending upwards, connecting you to the vastness of the universe, to all the wisdom and love that exists beyond.
